Shipping Info: We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of your order (or the release date, in the case of pre-orders), excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped via UK Royal Mail.

It's up to you to provide us with a mailing address where delivery can be expected. If your shipment doesn't arrive within 10 working days (15 working days in the case of orders placed for deliveries outside the UK) please let us know and we'll ship a replacement. Refunds will not be offered for non-delivery under any circumstances.
Return Policy: We do not offer refunds for returns on physical goods. If your item arrives damaged, then we'll replace it, though we may ask for photographic evidence of any defect or damage to the product. Under most circumstances we won't ask you to return the defective item(s).
